We received a call from a blind woman on Highland Ave who was in the middle of authoring a book about her trek with a group of blind adventurers who climbed Mount Ranier. She had recently moved from Minnesota and needed help getting her Windows 98 computer set up and adjusted to the way she liked it. She became a regular customer and brought us in for help on a monthly basis to keep everything running smoothly. Over time, she struck up a friendship with several of our geeks who became acquainted with her and her unique computing environment. She continued to use us until 2004 when she moved back to live with family in Minnesota. Since 2001 we have helped more than 200 families and small businesses in Needham with their computers, networking, and gadgets. We're not a franchise or some humungous national corporation. We are a small locally owned and operated computer repair and computer service company. We started out In Lexington and have expanded to cover all of eastern Massachusetts. We've built our local computer service business to provide the best quality and experience available to our Needham customers. Our geeks are not inexperienced kids put through a crash-course in computer repair. On average, our geeks have 10+ years of IT industry experience, and most have been with us, honing their skills as cream-of-the-crop in-home computer support technicians for five or more years!
